At Picnic Clothing, we want you to love your new wardrobe staples, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
